Cancellation Policy:
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of £1 per minute of the booked time will be applied.

- Physical Abuse: Physical aggression or violence towards our staff or fellow patients will result in immediate action.
- Sexual Harassment: Unwanted advances, comments, or gestures of a sexual nature are strictly prohibited.
- Discrimination: Discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other protected characteristic is unacceptable.
- Harassment: Persistent, intimidating, or threatening behaviour towards our team or other patients is not allowed.
